Omega is complete with instructions, figure checklist, and stat sheet. Figure does have some wear like some melted plastic, a crack on the backpack, and corrosion inside the battery pack. 
Defects do not affect transformation .Electronics untested. All defects are pictured so please review them throughly! 
Also not pictured is a partial sticker sheet
